Under the guidance of Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India and in association with National Institute of Secondary Steel Technology (NISST), Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute (BPNSI) & Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute (CSIR), KATM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is organizing a two days National Seminar on “Make in Steel For Make In India – Perspective for Iron & Steel Industry” scheduled to be held on 27th and 28th April, 2017 at CSIR Kolkata.
Make in Steel for Make in India 2017 is an important seminar will provide a suitable platform for discussions on technologies at various stages of iron making, steelmaking, ladle refining, continuous casting, direct rolling, automation, energy saving opportunities & environmental issues. Latest developments in refractories for Iron & Steel Plants and Development of low cost lining material for Induction Furnace suitable for Dephosphorisation will also be presented.
This Seminar, in partnership with the leading agencies of the Government of India is likely to attract over 200+Attendees. The attendees profile varies from all Units interested in energy efficient technologies, Units interested in reducing their cost of production, Technology providers, Equipment manufacturers & Suppliers, Consultants and all those who are interested in Iron and Steel sector
The Seminar will be inaugurated by Hon. Union Minister of Steel in the august presence of Hon. Min. of state for Steel and Secretary, Steel along with Who’s who of Indian Iron & Steel Industry.
