WTO says Turkey files anti-dumping complaint against Morocco over steel
10 October 2016
Turkey has initiated World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute proceedings against Morocco over anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of Turkish hot-rolled steel, the WTO said on Wednesday.
“Turkey alleges the Moroccan measures are inconsistent with a number of procedural and substantive provisions of the WTO’s Anti-Dumping Agreement,” the WTO said in a statement. “This is the first WTO dispute case involving Morocco as a party.”
