Coal India October production and offtake (provisional) figures

Coal India announced the production and offtake (provisional) performance of Coal India and its subsidiaries for month of October 2018.

The company achieved coal production of 49.77 million tonnes in October 2018 compare to 46.15 million tonnes in October 2017, a growth of 7.8%.

Offtake stood at 50 million tonnes in October 2018 compared to 48.28 million tonnes in October 2017, a growth of 3.6%.

For the period April – October 2018, coal production stood at 306.24 million tonnes while offtake was 340.81 million tonnes.
